Scale cabochon is set securely in a lovely antique silver pendant setting which is fashioned into a heart made of leaves and vines. The ornate setting is nickel and lead free (according to manufacturer). Measures approximately 30mm x 28mm and is attached to a silver plated link chain with lobster clasp in the length of your choosing.
